I often use the Post Office in Shifnal and when I'm there, it is unusual for there not be a queue of customers.

Having made some enquiries, I understand that the current proposal is for the Post Office to operate reduced services from a kiosk inside the One Stop shop.

Given the lack of banking options in the town and the fact that Shifnal Post Office is well-used, I have written to Post Office Chief Executive Nick Read to ask him to investigate this matter and overturn the decision to scale down services in Shifnal.

Whilst this is decision has been made by the Post Office, I will fight it all the way.
