I was pleased to meet Horticultural Trades Association representatives in Parliament - and to discuss issues raised with me by garden centre owners and growers in Shropshire.

The HTA represents British garden centre businesses, growers, manufacturers, suppliers, and landscapers.

The horticultural sector employs more than 674,000 people nationwide and generates almost £29 billion in GDP.
